What Happens Next

Once you receive your repair quote, you’ll have three simple options:

  1. Approve the Repair – Accept the quote and we’ll complete the repair using high-quality parts and expert workmanship

  2. Decline the Repair – If you choose not to move forward, we’ll return your drone as received. A $40 diagnostic fee covers the inspection and testing.

  3. Not Serviceable (Rare) – In the extremely rare case that Carolina Drone Repair (CDR) cannot safely complete the repair—even after a quote has been accepted—we will return your drone in the same condition it was received and waive the diagnostic fee

Please Note: Confirm WITH CDR THAT your drone’s make and model is eligible for repair before shipping. Unconfirmed drones may be rejected, with return shipping at the customer’s expense. Carolina Drone Repair is not responsible for damage during third-party shipping.
